Managing Shareholder

Tod Arbutina is managing shareholder of Three Cord True Wealth Tax Solutions,
LLC and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He has spent decades as a public
accountant and business leader in Beaver County and southwestern Pennsylvania.


Mr. Arbutina has been profiled in Kiplinger’s for his financial planning acumen.
Since 2012, he has been named in Pittsburgh Magazine as a Five Star Wealth
Manager and as one of the “best personal wealth managers in the Pittsburgh area.”
The awards are based on 10 objective criteria associated with providing quality
services to clients such as credentials, experience, and assets under management,
among other factors. He has been featured in the Guide to America’s Best Financial
Planners, published by the Consumers’ Research Council of America, based on a
system that awarded points for education, years in practice and affiliations with
professional associations.


In 2008, the Beaver County Foundation presented Mr. Arbutina with the Benjamin
Franklin Entrepreneurship Award honoring local companies that best capture the
founding father’s pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit.
Mr. Arbutina specializes in investment advisory services for manufacturers,
professional services, retail and non-profits. He serves on a Marcellus Shale
committee for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants to help
property owners understand the tax, estate, investment and retirement planning
ramifications of windfall revenues they receive. Earlier in his career, he was a
manager with Arthur Andersen & Co.


Mr. Arbutina is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified
Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He is a former
board director of the Beaver Area Heritage Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters
of Beaver County and as chair of its annual auction helped raise $100,000 over
several years.


Previously, he served in leadership roles with the Beaver County Red Cross and the
Rotary Club of Beaver. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and
an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
